Properties
Combining the strength of linen with the softness and drape of viscose, this linen and viscose blend is truly unique. This fabric is medium weight, fluid, opaque and silky. Linen has a cooling effect, while viscose makes the garment very pleasant against the skin and has a superb drape.
How is viscose lyocell blended with linen eco-responsible? For the same number of hectares, it is possible to produce 10 times more tencel than cotton. The number of liters of water used for irrigation is therefore greatly reduced. In addition, eucalyptus, being the most common wood, grows quickly and adapts to many climates. For the linen part, the transformation of linen is a mechanical process. It is therefore low-polluting and very ecological.
